The Rewired Collective respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of amandacryer.com to do the same. Filing a Takedown Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works on a single site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit The Rewired Collective to locate it (e.g., the specific URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
Filing a Counter-Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(g))
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which The Rewired Collective may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, The Rewired Collective will provide the original complainant with a copy and inform them that the removed content may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
The Rewired Collective maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
